I received an email about a ticket. What is this ticket?

A ticket is an automatic response to let you know we have received your question and it is now in the queue to be processed. 

Once we resolve the ticket or request additional information from you, you will receive emails as well as notifications about it. All you need to consider or pay attention to is our response emails, not the ticket notifications.
