We do not send automatic receipts or confirmation of payments. However, we will take a note of who has made the payments by cross checking the screenshots/ payment proofs that you send to accounts@pia.edu.au.
In the event that we have not received your payment or are unable to reconcile, we will follow it up with you via email. Therefore, if you do not hear from us further about your payment, you can assume that your payment was successful.
Nevertheless, if you require a receipt for your payment, you can request this after about a week post your payment.
