You have multiple options:
- Go to the agent’s office in person
- Call the agent's office general enquiries line not just the agent's personal number
- Email the agent's general enquiries email.
If you still cannot get hold of the agent email support@pia.edu.au with your student ID, agent name and explain that your cannot get in touch with your agent and the college will check if they can contact the agent.
