PIA's single signon is used for access to the portal by students.
Go to the login page pia.freshdesk.com
The following screen will appear:
To access the portal, click on the Login here next to "Are you a customer?" as shown below
This will take you to the Microsoft log in page where you will need to enter your PIA email address and password if the device you are on has not remembered your details.
Otherwise, you will be logged into Fresh Desk where you can see your ticket.
